About the Role:

Robson Bale are seeking a hands-on .NET Full stack Tech Lead for a permanent role within the insurance domain. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering the opportunity to lead development efforts while remaining technically involved in design, development, and deployment.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with .NET Core and full-stack development.
• Proven ability in technical leadership – must be at Team Lead level
• Experience in:
  • Application design and architecture.
  • Development and deployment processes.
  • Code refactoring and assurance.
  • Branching strategies and DevOps pipelines.
• Azure migration experience (moving applications from on-prem to cloud) is highly desirable.
• Background in the insurance sector is required.
