We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in the Canary Wharf office.
Responsibilities:
Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries;
Examining expenses submitted by employees;
Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable;
Creating company financial reports with the above information included;
Analyzing data collected to determine the state of the company’s financial health;
Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue;
Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organize data;
Working with primary documentation;
Managing auditing process and contacting with auditors;
Bank compliance;
Payroll;
Participation in Due Diligence projects;
Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience gained in a similar or related role;
Results-oriented, able to work both independently and within a team to high quality;
Hands-on mentality with exceptional numerical and analytical skills;
Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to converse within a multicultural environment;
You will be a qualified or soon-to-be qualified accountant. ACCA or equivalent would be beneficial.
