Client Experience Assistant

Our aim is to introduce a team of career-focused graduates to support the succession needs of our business whilst we provide experience, knowledge, and training throughout all aspects of the operation in order that you can take on a management role at the end of the programme and ultimately enable you to carve out your own personal career aspirations.
Programme Structure
• 18 months duration
• 3 rotations to enable high levels of experience in different roles
• A tailored experience for you in each operational department
• Additional key-learning sessions run by our development team which are jam-packed with key learnings, enhancing your skills as well as having loads of fun along the way!
• A personal programme mentor who will be an experienced Manager that has worked for multiple Centres across our portfolio.

• Starting salary between £20-23k but can potentially increase to much bigger bucks within a year!
