The Design Lead in Harness, Electrical Cabling & Packaging, Creo Schematics will be responsible for overseeing the design process, ensuring the efficient development of electrical harnesses, cabling, and packaging solutions using Creo Schematics. They will play a key role in leading the design team and ensuring the successful implementation of projects within the specified parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative and efficient harness, electrical cabling, and packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of electrical components and systems.
• Develop detailed designs and technical documentation using creo schematics.
• Conduct regular design reviews to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the design process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality within the design function.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in design processes.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in harness design, electrical cabling, and packaging techniques.
• Experience with cad software, specifically creo schematics, for creating detailed designs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, systems integration, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot design issues.
