The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of our high-end design and build projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be the key point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and contractors, coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.

•  Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

•  Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

•  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

•  Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

•  Maintain exceptional standards of quality control and attention to detail.

•  Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.

•  Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to uphold our reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

•  Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential or commercial design and build projects.

•  Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

•  Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

•  Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a professional and polished approach.

•  Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).

•  A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering luxury, bespoke projects.

•  Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in construction management, architecture, or related field; PMP or Prince2 certification desirable).

•  Full UK working rights and willingness to travel within London as required.
