Marketing Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and drive engagement. As a Marketing Executive, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, in-house and external creatives to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.
• Continual market research to understand current trends and align our content accordingly.
• Assist with the planning and activation of social media campaigns to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns that reflect the company’s positioning and future ambitions.
• Produce and optimise content for a variety of platforms including websites, marketing collateral, presentations, social media, and video.
• Work closely with creatives for the production of compelling video and other marketing assets.
• Lead the planning and execution of our events calendar, from investor events at distilleries to new bottle launches
• Work effectively across multiple business units, including casks, bottling brands, charitable foundation and regulated projects
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, ideally with experience within the Financial Services / Investment industry.
• Strong understanding of content management systems, industry software, and social media marketing.
• Experience with creating persuasive and original content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills to work autonomously and manage projects with many moving parts.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise performance.
