The critical priority for the team is someone that has a well-rounded knowledge of Oracle HCM and can do the actual configuration.
We are looking for someone with the following experience.
Ideally, a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in HCM
Absence Management Configuration
Global HR Configuration
Implementation experience, with a Key Role – we’ve spoken with people who had experience with translating data to load but no config experience, which we need.
Performance & Talent Management Experience
Understanding of personalization & Security
Technical experience Fast Formula/HDSL/HDL & OTBI reporting.
