Key Responsibilities:
Managing patient appointments and administration processes
Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
Implementing and maintaining effective procedures and protocols
Assisting with financial management, including invoicing and budgeting
Collaborating with external stakeholders to optimise practise operations

Previous experience as a Medical Administrator or similar role is essential
A strong understanding of medical terminology and practise management systems
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
