Due to incredible growth, they are looking for an individual to help identify sales opportunities, manage deals/accounts, and help achieve business targets.
Day to day of the role:
Identify and engage with prospective sales prospects.
Developing business deals
Collaborate with Business Managers to exchange insights on business development, learning opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitor the progression of ongoing business overseen by Logistics Officers.
Monitoring the outcome of the deals: quantitatively (financial and volumes) and qualitatively (customer experience, satisfaction of internal processes).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Personable, hardworking, and ambitious personality.
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
Experience in cold calling or making phone calls is desirable but not essential.
Capability to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
Proficiency in conducting market research and analysing industry trends to inform business strategies.
