Senior AV Engineer

Initial 12-months Contract Role

500 – 525, Inside IR35

ECS Resource group are currently working with a World’s Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a Senior AV Engineer to support the full development life cycle of AV installations.

As an AV Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the design, installation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems, including managing projects, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.
• Act as the key intermediary between senior AV leadership and junior team members-supporting reporting lines both upwards and downwards.
• Ensure all AV works are completed and align with installation plans.
• Manage AV installation milestones, coordinating signoffs and handovers to operational support teams.
• Provide floorwalking support and assist end users with AV technology.
• Deliver first-line support on minor technical issues, including AV and basic IT/networking troubleshooting.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with the AV team throughout the project lifecycle.

Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:

• Strong understanding of AV infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot and support AV hardware/software.
• Confident working on-site in a complex and high-expectation environment, managing tight timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable managing their own workload and reporting within a project team.
