Senior Golang Engineer – Go/Kubernetes Full Time

About the Role
We’re looking for experienced engineers to help design and build global-scale libraries, modules, and platforms using modern, cloud-native technologies. You’ll work on systems that are secure, well-tested, and designed for internal use across the organization.
This role focuses on creating deployable technology blueprints and solutions-especially for teams working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You’ll define best practices for integrating GenAI, vectorizing data, and deploying LLMs.
You’ll be working with cutting-edge tools and open-source technologies. A key part of your job is helping define technical standards and driving innovation across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build full-stack reference architectures and reusable patterns for use across the company.
• Develop Back End systems using microservices and distributed architectures.
• Focus on security across applications, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Guide adoption of engineering practices across business units.
• Set standards for LLMOps, GenAI integration, and data vectorization.
• Contribute to decisions on technology direction and strategy.

Key Skills

• LLMOps and experience with Generative AI integration
• Programming experience in Go (Golang), Java, Kotlin, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and OpenShift
• Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
• Familiarity with tools like Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, and Vault
• Proven experience with hybrid cloud environments (on-prem + public cloud)
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable learning new technologies and driving technical direction
