Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Implement responsive and visually appealing designs
• Optimize WordPress websites for speed, security, and SEO
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to create innovative web solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and technologies
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of client websites
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Integrate WordPress with various third-party APIs and services

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress developer with a portfolio of successful projects
• Expert knowledge of WordPress core, theme development, and plugin architecture
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong understanding of web design principles and UX/UI best practices
• Creativity in problem-solving and ability to think outside the box
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
