Civica CX Implementation Programme Manager – Local Authority Full Time

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Civica CX Implementation Programme Manager on a Contract basis.

This role will support the Council’s implementation of Civica CX, replacing the legacy housing CRM.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Lead on the Civica CV implementation for the Council.
• Work to decommission the legacy system, whilst leading on the data cleanse and migration to Civica CX.
• Lead on and effectively manage multi-disciplinary and multiple project teams.
• Take responsibility and oversee delivery of other individual Projects and programmes to an agreed direction, timescale and budget as required.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Local Government experience with Civica CX implementations is essential.
• Other housing CRM implementations will be considered.
• Appropriate qualifications (Prince2, Agile, etc.)
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

What’s on offer:

• Salary: 750 per day, Inside IR35

negotiable based on experience
