Location: UK based, hybrid working with occasional travel to A&A Digital Tech Ltd(AADT) and client locations

A&A Digital Tech Ltd is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to help evolve and scale an established customer service solution. This is a hands-on architecture role for someone with strong Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) experience who can review an existing live solution, identify practical improvements and develop reusable architecture patterns that support wider adoption. The role requires a pragmatic architect who can improve the solution without introducing unnecessary complexity or disrupting ongoing delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Review the existing Dynamics 365 solution architecture and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Assess where automation and AI can improve processes while maintaining a configuration-first approach.
• Define reusable Dynamics 365 design patterns that can support multiple business areas and future rollout.
• Design appropriate approaches for data segregation and information boundaries.
• Shape API and integration architecture between Dynamics 365 and external customer feedback, reporting, analytics and contact centre services.
• Review data storage architecture, including approaches for closed cases and migrated Legacy data.
• Lead solution design reviews and provide architectural assurance throughout delivery.
• Maintain clear architectural risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Ensure the Dynamics 365 application architecture aligns with security, data and integration architecture.
• Take significant architectural changes through the appropriate technical design and governance processes.
• Work closely with solution, security, data, integration, engineering and delivery teams.

• Strong understanding of configuration-first/low-code solution design
• Power Apps and Power Automate
• API and enterprise integration architecture
• Data architecture, storage and data segregation
• Legacy data migration and archival approaches
• Automation and AI-enabled solution architecture
• Security, identity and access-control considerations
• Architecture governance and technical design assurance
• Experience managing architectural RAID and design decisions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills
