Lead Full Stack Microsoft Developer – Law Firm

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Lead Full Stack Microsoft Developer to join a dynamic in-house tech team within a leading law firm. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about building scalable, modern applications using Microsoft technologies and guiding a collaborative, high-performing development team.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Develop robust .NET Core APIs and Azure Functions

• Lead Front End development using React/Angular and Fluent UI

• Integrate with Microsoft services like SharePoint, Teams, and external APIs

• Automate deployment and maintenance using PowerShell and Azure DevOps

• Mentor and lead both local and offshore developers

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft stack: Power Platform, Azure, .NET Core

• Experience in SQL Server, API development, CI/CD pipelines

• Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset
