We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented OneTrust Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Privacy and Compliance team. You will play a critical role in administering and enhancing our Consent Management Platform (CMP) using OneTrust, ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations and delivering a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and upkeep of the OneTrust Consent Management Platform (CMP), including system configuration, customisation, and integration with internal tools and services.
• Set up and manage consent banners and user preference centres within OneTrust to support clear and compliant user interactions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in partnership with internal development teams and external OneTrust support services.
• Ensure the Consent Management Platform is consistently configured and updated to reflect the requirements of global data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and PECR, supporting sustained legal compliance.
• Identify and resolve issues related to consent tracking, ensuring smooth functionality and minimal disruption to users.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align CMP operations with business goals and compliance obligations.
• Continuously review and adjust CMP settings in response to regulatory changes or evolving business requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience administering and customising OneTrust CMP.
• Strong knowledge of global privacy laws (eg, GDPR, PECR, CCPA).
• Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• OneTrust certifications or formal training.
• Experience in large-scale digital environments.
• Background in privacy, compliance, or legal domains.
